Terms of Use

Effective May 21, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Lunar Web Studio LLC, a Texas limited liability company that operates the Gematria.Today website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptance and scope

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, premium members, and authorized administrators of the Site. They cover the public pages (calculators, glossary, blog, FAQ), member features (account dashboard, forum, saved research), AI-assisted features (such as SiteSeeker search and GemaBot guidance), and any related services we make available through the Site.

Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Eligibility and age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or submit content. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

By using the Site you represent that you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Accounts and access

Some features require a free member account, and certain features require a premium account or administrative privileges. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, including content you post and requests you submit.
• One person or legal entity per account. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• Administrative accounts are issued only to authorized personnel and are subject to additional internal controls.
• We may refuse, suspend, or close any account at our discretion, including for inactivity, security risk, or violations of these Terms.

If you forget your credentials, you may use our account recovery process.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Harass, threaten, defame, dox, or impersonate any person or entity.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, or that incites violence.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or its infrastructure; or interfere with its operation.
• Bypass authentication, rate limits, access controls, or any technical measures we use to protect the Site.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest content other than as permitted by our robots.txt and applicable law, or use automated tools to overload our systems.
• Use the Site or its outputs to train competing models or build a substantially similar service without our written permission.
• Submit prompts to AI features intended to extract our system instructions, bypass safety guardrails, or generate content prohibited by these Terms.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate.

User-submitted content

The Site lets you submit content such as forum posts, replies, profile information, calculator queries, contact-form messages, and optional feedback that improves shared guidance for our AI features (collectively, “User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Lunar Web Studio LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that User Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Site and its features (including showing your forum posts to other users, displaying your reputation score, and using anonymized feedback to refine AI responses). This license continues for content that other users have interacted with or that we have aggregated, even after you delete your account.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party right. We may, but are not obligated to, review, edit, or remove User Content for any reason, including violations of these Terms, our community standards, or our forum reputation rules.

We are not responsible for User Content posted by other users. Opinions expressed in forum posts and comments are those of their authors and not of Lunar Web Studio LLC.

AI features and outputs

The Site includes AI-assisted features, which currently include SiteSeeker search, GemaBot guidance, and other AI agents (collectively, “AI Features”). AI Features generate responses using large language models and curated reference data. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or out of date and should be treated as informational only.

• Outputs are not professional advice. See our Disclaimer for details.
• Subject to applicable law and to the User Content license above, you may use AI Feature outputs for your personal, educational, editorial, and research purposes. You may not represent outputs as authored by a human professional or as official Lunar Web Studio LLC statements.
• We may log AI Feature prompts and outputs for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and quality improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may add, change, or remove AI Features at any time without notice.

Premium Membership and paid features

We currently offer a Premium Membership sold as a one-year recurring subscription (the “One Year Membership”). Premium Membership unlocks features such as GemaBot guidance, deeper antonym/synonym discovery, premium-only dataset tools, the Message Center, and premium forum access. The terms below apply to Premium Membership and to any other paid features we offer through the Site, unless we expressly say otherwise at the point of sale.

Plan and billing period

Premium Membership is billed annually in U.S. dollars. The current introductory price is USD $19 for the first year, and the regular renewal price is USD $29 per year. Renewals are charged at the then-current regular price, which we may change on prospective notice. Final prices, taxes, and any applicable currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees from your card issuer are shown at checkout.

Payment processor

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Your payment-card and billing details are submitted directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe’s terms and privacy policy. We do not store full payment-card numbers on our servers.

Authorization

You authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including taxes and any recurring renewal charges at the then-current regular price, until you cancel.

Auto-renewal and cancellation

Premium Membership renews automatically each year until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your member dashboard by clicking Manage subscription, which opens the Stripe-hosted billing portal, or by emailing us at support@lunarwebstudio.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Premium Membership remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and partial billing periods are not refunded on cancellation. We may, at our discretion, prorate or refund charges for service interruptions caused by us.

Promotion codes

Promotion codes are not currently accepted at checkout for Premium Membership.

Changes to pricing and features

We may change premium feature availability, pricing (including the regular renewal price), or these terms on prospective notice. Material changes will not apply to a billing period you have already paid for; they will apply at your next renewal.

Failure to pay

If a renewal charge fails, we may suspend or downgrade Premium Membership until payment is resolved.

Lifetime memberships

Lifetime memberships are not currently offered for purchase. References to lifetime tiers in our materials describe planned or internal-administrative status only.

If we add new paid features or plans, additional terms shown at the point of sale will apply to those features and will supplement these Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site, including its design, original copy, source code, logos, calculator implementations, curated articles, glossary entries, and other materials we author (the “Site Materials”), is owned by Lunar Web Studio LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. “Gematria.Today” and the Gematria.Today logo are trademarks of Lunar Web Studio LLC.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site Materials for your personal, educational, editorial, and research purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, sell, or commercially exploit the Site Materials except as expressly permitted.

Third-party names, definitions, dictionary entries, and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their respective licenses or fair-use principles.

Third-party services and links

The Site relies on third-party providers and may link to or incorporate third-party content. These include, without limitation, hosting and serverless infrastructure (Netlify), database services (Neon), payment processing (Stripe), content-delivery networks (jsDelivr, Bootstrap CDN), analytics and consent tooling (Google Analytics), and dictionary or reference APIs (such as Wordnik). Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices.

Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (such as the URL).
4. Your contact information (address, telephone number, email).
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

Send notices to support@lunarwebstudio.com or to the mailing address on our contact page. We may forward notices to the affected user and, in appropriate cases, remove content or terminate repeat infringers.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to any part of the Site, including paid features, at any time and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, that suspension is necessary to protect the Site or other users, or that we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, User Content license, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution) will survive.

Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, AI OUTPUTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; OR THAT GEMATRIA CALCULATIONS, AI OUTPUTS, FEED ITEMS, OR REFERENCE LOOKUPS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNAR WEB STUDIO LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL; OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR PREMIUM FEATURES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY EVEN IF A REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lunar Web Studio LLC and its officers, members, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site, (b) your User Content, (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (d) your violation of any third-party right. We may assume the exclusive defense of any matter for which you owe indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute-resolution section below, the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not subject to arbitration, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Dispute resolution and class waiver

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@lunarwebstudio.com. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings as described in this section.

Except for claims for injunctive relief related to intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Site, any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved on an individual basis only. YOU AND LUNAR WEB STUDIO LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court finds the class-action waiver unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must be severed from any individual claims, which will proceed first.

Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred to the extent permitted by law.
