This Privacy Policy explains how EndTimes.Today collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when visitors use the public site and when authorized administrators sign in to manage posts, feeds, and tasks.

Information we collect

• Administrator account information, such as usernames, hashed passwords, and role information used to control access to the admin dashboard.
• Session information, including secure authentication cookies and related session records used to keep administrators signed in.
• Admin-managed content, including RSS feed details, blog posts, and task information submitted through the dashboard.
• Technical request data, such as IP-address-level server logs, browser metadata, and error diagnostics that may be generated by our hosting and infrastructure providers.
• Calculator and lookup inputs that are sent to serverless endpoints when you request gematria values, related words, or definitions.
• AI agent learning feedback, including optional prompt/explanation corrections that premium members choose to save for shared agent guidance.

How we use information

• To authenticate administrators and protect restricted areas of the site.
• To operate the database-backed publishing, feed-management, and task-management tools.
• To respond to calculator, related-word, and definition requests.
• To improve AI-agent response quality for similar prompts by applying shared guidance saved by members.
• To monitor reliability, debug failures, and maintain site security.
• To investigate abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violations of our Terms of Use.

Cookies and similar technologies

Administrators who sign in receive a secure session cookie used only for authentication and session continuity. The cookie is configured as HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax. We may also rely on standard infrastructure logs and browser caching needed to deliver the site.

If you disable cookies, portions of the admin experience may stop working correctly.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us run the site, such as hosting, serverless, database, content-delivery, and API providers. Those providers may include Netlify, Neon, jsDelivr, Bootstrap CDN services, and Wordnik or similar dictionary/reference providers used by site features.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Retention

We retain administrator records, session records, posts, feeds, and tasks for as long as they are reasonably needed to operate the site, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Session records may expire automatically sooner according to system settings.

Security

We use administrative authentication, hashed passwords, secure cookies, and server-side storage intended to reduce unauthorized access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion requests that apply to information we control, subject to legal and operational limitations. California residents may also have rights under applicable California privacy laws.

Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals in a standardized way.
